Yesterday I created a poster image for people to share with their family, or with their mates... I'll attach it here somewhere and if you see it I'd love you to share it too.

The rainbow has come to stand for all sorts of things, especially now. Please feel free to share the image with your loved ones - it might be just what they needed. And remember - its okay to not be okay. x
